Ingredients

• Flour – 250g, mostly white flour , you can have no more than 1/5 other fine flour
• Sugar – 200g
• Butter – 200g, room temperature, soft
• Chocolate – ca. 100g, coarsely chopped, preferably dark
• Egg – 2
• Baking soda – 1 tea spoon
• Vanilla sugar – 1 tea spoon
• Salt – 1 tea spoon
