• 150 g Sugar
• 500 ml Milk
• 250 ml Double cream
• 60 ml Bourbon
• 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
• 6 Egg whites
• 1 tsp Cinnamon Sugar, for the rim
• 0.5 tsp Gingerbread syrup, for the rim
• 6 tbsp Whipped cream, topping (optional)
