Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon – olive oil
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons – minced garlic
• 1⁄2 cup – diced yellow onions
• 1⁄2 cup – chopped red bell peppers
• 1⁄2 cup – chopped green bell peppers
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons – canola oil
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons – salted butter
• 3 tablespoons – all purpose flour
• 2 cups – milk, 2% fat
• 3 tablespoons – nutritional yeast
• 1⁄4 cup – grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon – Cajun seasoning
• 1⁄2 16-oz box elbow pasta (macaroni)
• 1 tablespoon or – chopped fresh parsley
