Au Gratin Potatoes – Our Families Recipes

Ingredients

• 6-7 potatoes diced, cooked
• Make white sauce mix
• 1 cup water add
• 1 bouillon cube until dissolved
• Add white sauce and water together
• Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and ½ teaspoon dry mustard
• Mix potatoes and cheese sauce together and place in a greased casserole
• ¼ cup grated cheese
• ¼ sup fresh bread crumbs
• Sprinkle topping over potato mixture
• Brown in preheated oven (325) for 30 minutes.
• Slide under broiler for 3 minutes
