Take a bite out of our probitoic elotes! We upgraded them by combining our farmer cheese with mayo, sour cream, smoky ancho chili powder, and cilantro.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Farmer Cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp ancho chili powder
- ½ medium clove garlic, finely minced
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
- 4 ears shucked corn
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- ½ cup cotija cheese for topping
