Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup stewed apple
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1 cup coconut milk at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups Changing Habits Emmer Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup strawberries (roughly chopped. Save 4 to slice for the top)
