• 8 ounces Sysco Classic all-purpose flour
• 8 ounces bread flour
• 1½ ounces rye flour
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 3 tablespoons Arrezzio Imperial olive oil
• Tomato Sauce
• 8 ounces Arrezzio whole California pear tomatoes
• ¼ cup Arrezzio Imperial olive oil
• Salt to taste
• ground black pepper to taste
• 12 ounces Arrezzio Riserva Mozzarella, shredded
