- 20-30 tomatoes
- 2 heads celery
- 4 green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 5 jalapeños seeded (or not if you want spicy)
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 8 teaspoons celery salt
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
