• 2 cup all-purpose flour Plus more for dusting
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 fine salt
• 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 stick Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs room temperature
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• grated zest of 1 lemon
• 1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
• juice 1 lemon
• pinch salt
• 1-2 tablespoons Country Crock® Plant Cream
• sprinkles pastel colors
