• 500 g fresh string beans
• 1 carrot
• 1 zucchini
• 3 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp chopped dill
• 2 tbsp chopped mint
• 1 red capsicum
• 400 g pasta sauce
• 300 g tomato salsa
• 2 masses stock cubes
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cup water
• Salt & Pepper
