Butter Chicken Akni recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 1 kg fillets or chicken pieces
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala
• 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 cup water
• 6 ½Ed and fried potatoes
• 3 cups rice
• 1 grated carrot 🥕
• 1 sliced red onion 🌰
• 1 cup chopped cucumber 🥒
• Salt Pepper little lemon 🍋 juice little vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar.
• Chopped dhania (coriander)
