Chicken Akni recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 1 kg chicken pieces
• 3 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoon chilli powder
• 3 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder blend
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic masala
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli garlic paste
• Add in 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• Allow to cook for few minutes.
• Add in 6 fried potatoes ½Ed
• 3 cups washed and soaked basmati rice
• (Optional Add ins : 2 cups frozen mixed Veggies or 6 to 8 baby onions peeled or
• 5 grated carrots 🥕2 make this a bukhari akni)
