• 1/3 cup finely chopped nuts
• 2 tbsp wheat germ
• 2 tbsp flax seeds
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 2 tbsp poppy seeds
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
