Ingredients

• 2 cups dried fusilli pasta
• 4-5 chicken breasts
• 10 chestnut mushrooms
• Olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup cream
• 5-6 sun-dried tomatoes
• 3 cups fresh baby spinach
• goat cheese for crumbling
• flat leaf parsley for garnishing
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2-3 cups haricots verts (optional)
