• 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs (1 slice)

• 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
• 12 to 14 Chinese or napa cabbage leaves (about 1 medium head), washed
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
