• 3 large potatoes – boiled, peeled and mashed
• 1 tbsp margarine – melted Seasoning
• 1 white onion – cut into 1cm cubes
• 1 can Bull Brand corned meat – cut into 1cm cubes
• 1 tbsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups Hinds Southern Coating Crumbs
• Oil – for frying
