• 1 Red bell pepper; core removed and diced
• 8 oz Tomato sauce
• 4 oz Green chiles; diced
• ½ teaspoon Ground turmeric
• ¼ teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon Pepper
• ½ teaspoon Saffron threads
