Homemade kroketten
Homemade kroketten are easier to create then you might think. Basically an European snack with ragout and a crispy fried outside.
Ingredients
- 500 gram beef stewing meat
- 1 liter beef stock
- optional: few black peppercorns
- 60 gram dairy butter
- 60 gram all-purpose flour + extra
- optional: small dash of cream
- pepper and salt to taste
- 3 egg whites
- bread crumbs
