Goulash croquette

- 400 grams of beef stewing meat

- 2 cubes of beef stock
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of ground paprika
- 1 small can of tomato paste (70 grams)
- 60 grams of butter
- 60 grams of flour
- 4 gelatin leaves
- pepper and salt to taste
- optional: a handful of fresh parsley
- flour, 4 egg whites + breadcrumbs for breading
- sunflower or other neutral oil
