Muffins with vanilla filling

Ingredients

• 200 g sugar
• 210 g all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 whites of large eggs
• 115 g unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
• 60 g vanilla Greek yogurt (you can also use regular yogurt)
• 180 ml vanilla milk (you can also use regular milk)
• 2 teaspoons BAM vanilla paste
• 230 g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 480-600 g powdered sugar
• 60 ml whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
• seeds of 1/2 BAM vanilla bean
• a pinch of salt
