• 1 1/2 tbsp ginger – minced
• 1 clove garlic – minced
• 4 scallions – diced
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 carrot – grated
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 tsp chili sauce
• 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• Salt & Pepper
• 340g wonton wrappers
