• 2 1/2 cups sugar (I used evaporated cane juice)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 6 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (a little less if at altitude)
