• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp fine salt
• ⅓ cup neutral vegetable oil (72ml)
• 1 egg, at room temperature
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• ¾ cup milk, at room temperature (180ml)
• ¾ cup hot coffee, with instant or brewed coffee (180ml)
• 300 g milk chocolate buttons
• 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
• chocolate sprinkles (optional as topping)
