• 1 tsp (5 ml) sriracha
• 1 lb (450 g) ground pork
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) Vietnamese dipping sauce (nuoc-cham)
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
• 2 zucchinis, cut on the diagonal 1/4 inch (5 mm) thick
• 4 hamburger buns
• Mayonnaise, for spreading
• 4 romaine lettuce leaves, torn into large pieces
• 1 carrot, grated
