• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Lactantia ® 35% Whipping Cream
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) Lactantia ® Unsalted Butter, cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) packed brown sugar
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) sea salt (approx)
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) molasses
• 2 large egg yolks
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) store-bought caramel sauce
