• 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 large eggs
• 1-1/2 cups 4% cottage cheese
• 1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
