Ingredients: 13g dried elderflowers; 1 1/2 kg sugar; 140ml white wine concentrate; juice of 3 lemons; 1 cup cold black tea; 4.5l cold water; yeast (I use a prepared white wine yeast, but yours should tell you how much per gallon); yeast nutrient (normally 1 tsp per gallon, but check the label)
