Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/3 cup chopped celery
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 cups peeled, diced potatoes
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 cups milk
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon paprika
• 1 cup chopped Wicked Pickle Chips
• Optional garnishes: croutons, cooked and chopped bacon, parsley, green onion
