Tomato Salsa – Top Seedz

Ingredients

• 4-6 medium tomatoes, finely chopped (I never peel my tomatoes)
• ½ red onion, very finely chopped
• 1 small garlic clove, chopped
• small splash of white wine vinegar
• ½ lime, juiced
• a bunch of coriander, roughly chopped (I love it, so I put plenty)
