Sweet potato rolls stuffed with codfish - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 200g Riberalves cod loin
• 200g sweet potato puree (I used orange pulp)
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil
• 1/4 cup spelled flour
• 1 dessert spoon of olive oil
• 1/3 onion
• 1/2 tomato
• 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
• 1 cup spinach in pieces
