• 500 g of new potatoes
• 1/2 chorizo
• 100 g of chives
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 dl of Tawny Port wine
• 1 dl of white wine
• Chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil
