Ingredients
- 1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon crushed red chilli
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ can tomato puree
- (Optional: can omit 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods 2 cloves
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
- Add all the marinated chicken .
- Add water if required to soften the chicken pieces
