Chicken Tikka Masala recipe by Sumaiya Scouture

Ingredients

• 500g chicken fillet cubed an cleaned
• ¼ Yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon corriander powder
• Half teaspoon tumeric
• 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chicken tikka spice @shans
• 1 tablespoon chicken tikka marinate @aminasuk
• 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
• 2 tablespoon tomatoe paste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 large onion chopped fine
• Half teaspoon tumeric powder
• 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder (omit if you don't want it too hot, add another for extra spicy)
• 1 teaspoon chicken tikka spice
• 1 can chopped tomatoes
• 100ml heavy
