• 1 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 cups frozen grated hash brown potatoes
• 1 3/4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and jack)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Dash of paprika
• 1 medium tomato, sliced
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
