Ingredients

• 3/4 lb plain pizza dough
• 1 14-oz can whole peeled tomatoes
• 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
• 6 oz sliced mushrooms
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 lb spinach, finely chopped
• 1/2 C ricotta cheese
• 1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
• olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
