• 1 1/3 cups Cinderella Instant Mashed Potatoes
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 cups milk
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 tsp beef stock powder (or 2 beef stock cubes)
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 4 Tbsp plain flour
• Salt and pepper, to taste
