• 1 whole Exceldor chicken about 3 1/3 lb to 4 lb (1.5 kg to 1.8 kg)
• 1 garlic head
• Drizzle olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) softened butter
• 1 tbsp. (15 ml) dried parsley
• 1 tsp. (5 ml) dried oregano
• 1 tsp. (5 ml) dried rosemary
• 1 lemon
• 1 lb (450 g) of halved baby potatoes
• 2/3 lb (300 g) of green beans
• 2 tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil
• 1 tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice
• 1 tsp. (5 ml) lemon zest
• 1 tbsp. (15 ml) minced garlic
