Chicken Springroll recipe by Sabiha Y Kaba

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken mince
• 2 medium size onion grated
• 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 1 teaspoon green masala
• 2 teaspoon soy sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 ts dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• dhania (coriander) finely chopped
• 1 cup cheese grated
• 250 gram mcain frozen carrots
• 1 cup shredded cabbage (optional)
• Store bought springroll sheets. I used about 80
