Ingredients

• 2 kg mutton
• 2 curry spoon kashmir masala
• 2 teaspoon jeera seeds
• 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
• 2 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 teaspoon jeera powder
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon garam masala
• 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic
• 2 teaspoon plain yogurt
• 2 teaspoon food colouring
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• Salt per your amount
• 6 potatoes
• 6 Grated tomatoes
