• 4 x 80g Tassal salmon portions
• salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
• 1 leek, white part only, rinsed and finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, sliced
• 300ml pouring cream
• ½ tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley
