Mushroom Soup Recipe
Mushroom Soup When I used this recipe, I used half button mushrooms and half crimini. I also added about 1/4 cup finely diced onion and sauteed it in the butter along with the mushrooms. Very good!
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh or canned chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
