• 1 lb fresh asparagus
• 1/2 lemon
• 2 tbsp. fresh dill
• 1 tsp. sea salt
• 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
• 2 oz parmesan cheese
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. sprouted flour
• 1 1/4 c chicken stock
• 1/4 c dry white wine
• 3/4 tsp. sea salt
• ground black pepper, to taste
• 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 1/3 c heavy cream
