Ingredients

• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 x 2 cm fresh ginger, piece
• 180 ml water, grated
• 2 tsp cornflour
• 8 lamb loin chops, mixed with 2 tsp water
• Salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 small head of cabbage
• 1 bunch of spring onions, shredded
• Sesame seeds, chopped
• Fresh coriander, for garnish, chopped
