Ingredients

• 8 slices bacon
• 1 pound (500 g) lean gorund beef
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped yellow onion
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) frenchs tomato ketchup (frenchs/pr)
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) frenchs classic yellow mustard (frenchs/pr)
• 1 tsp (5 ml) salt divided
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Pepper Black Ground (club house)
• 4 cups (1 liter) milk
• 1/2 package (about 8 ounces/250g) elbow macaroni
• 8 slices (250 g) American cheese
• 3 cups (750 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese divided
