Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas; 1 100g bar PASCALL cooking chocolate; Slice a pocket into each unpeeled banana, by cutting through the skin (lengthways) and halfway through the fruit; Break the chocolate into squares and place about 4 squares into each pocket; To be baked on the braai embers after cooking your meat (heat must be low), or on the braai grill, placed just above the glowing embers; Serve in their skins, careful with the hot chocolate! Enjoy.
