Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 100g bar PASCALL cooking chocolate
- Slice a pocket into each unpeeled banana, by cutting through the skin (lengthways) and halfway through the fruit
- Break the chocolate into squares and place about 4 squares into each pocket
- To be baked on the braai embers after cooking your meat (heat must be low), or on the braai grill, placed just above the glowing embers
- Serve in their skins, careful with the hot chocolate! Enjoy.
