Ingredients

• 2 sweet potatoes
• For the Farmer Cheese Cream
• 1 cup Farmer Cheese
• 1 tbsp. cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. maple syrup
• *or just use salt and pepper
• Toppings:
• crumbled walnuts
• 2 tbsp. of hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds
• optiona; drizzle of honey or maple syrup (or hot sauce if going the savory route)
