This frittata can be cut into individual portions, wrapped in cling film and tin foil and then frozen for two to three months.

- 200 ml Greek Yoghurt
- 0.5 - Lemon juice only
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley finely chopped
