• ¼ cup (50 mL) granulated sugar
• ¾ cup (175 mL) light corn syrup

• ¼ cup (50 mL) bourbon
• 1 ½ tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract
• 1 ¼ cups (300 mL) pecans, coarsely chopped
• ¾ cup (175 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
