• Crust:
• 1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
• 1 ts Cinnamon
• 2 tb Sugar
• 1 Stick margarine; melted
• Cake:
• 24 oz Cream cheese (3 packages, 8 oz. each)
• 4 Eggs
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1/3 cup Amaretto (up to 1/2 cup)
• Topping:
• 8 oz Sour cream
• 1 tb Amaretto
• 1 tb. Plus 1 tsp. sugar
